Scope of Service
The Service provided by Sid is a fully managed, data-driven digital marketing solution tailored for B2B companies. Sid focuses on hyper-targeted advertising campaigns and precision outreach aimed at decision-makers within the Client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Service includes the following core components:
Audience Creation and Targeting: Sid's operations team assists the Client in identifying and creating an audience of key stakeholders and decision-makers from companies that match the Client’s ICP.
Ad Creation and Design: Sid’s team develops a series of personalized ads, including thought leadership, client testimonials, case studies, and product demos.
Ad Campaign Management: Sid launches and manages advertising campaigns on agreed-upon platforms, from Sid’s ad account via partner access to the Client’s account.
Ongoing Optimization and Reporting: Continuous monitoring, optimization, and reporting of campaign performance, with access to a performance dashboard.
Retargeting and Analytics: Sid installs tracking pixels on the Client’s website for retargeting purposes.
Consultation and Support: Sid provides ongoing strategic consultation and technical support throughout the engagement.
Additional Services
Precision Connect (PC): A managed LinkedIn outreach solution that enables direct connection requests and message sequences to ICP decision-makers. PC integrates precise audience data with LinkedIn workflows, bridging the gap between ad visibility and 1:1 engagement opportunities.
Authority Builder (AB): A thought-leadership service designed to establish credibility for Client-facing employees. Sid creates, manages, and publishes LinkedIn content on behalf of designated individuals, helping them build trust and influence among key stakeholders.
The Client agrees to pay a monthly license fee for each Service, in addition to a separate ad spend (for campaign-related services). Sid does not guarantee specific outcomes or results but will take reasonable steps to maximize effectiveness.

The Value delivered by Hey Sid is derived from precision targeting, efficient ad campaign management, and data-driven insights that help the Client achieve their marketing and sales objectives.
Enhanced Market Positioning: Targeted ads and authority-building content improve brand credibility and trust.
Sales Support and Pipeline Acceleration: Ad campaigns and Precision Connect jointly increase visibility and engagement with decision-makers, supporting faster sales outreach.
Thought Leadership: Authority Builder elevates Client employees as recognized voices in their industries, fostering stronger long-term engagement.
Cost Efficiency: Sid offers a cost-effective alternative to hiring in-house teams or traditional agencies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Clients receive reporting and insights that guide ongoing strategy.
Omni-Channel Reach: Sid ensures coverage across multiple platforms, from advertising to direct LinkedIn outreach.
Service Terms
Ads: Standard delivery is 5 ads per batch every 60 days. Always On Package includes up to 12 ads when running multiple campaigns.
Audiences: Target audiences are based on Client criteria. Additional audiences may be purchased separately.
Campaigns: Always On Package includes up to three campaigns. Additional campaigns require an add-on.
Precision Connect:
Client must approve outreach templates and provide LinkedIn account access.
Outreach volumes follow LinkedIn best practices and technical limitations.
One round of template changes is included. Additional changes may incur fees.
Authority Builder:
Client-facing employees grant Sid secure access to publish content.
Each participant is entitled to one round of edits per piece of content.
The Client is responsible for ensuring employees comply with their company’s internal social media policies.
Delivery: Initial delivery of ads and audiences within ten business days. Outreach and content begin after Client approval of templates and posts.
Sid is authorized to use the Client's logotype and mention the Client in marketing communications, including case studies and presentations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchase Terms
Start Date: Collaboration begins on the specified contract date with a kick-off meeting.
License Fee: Paid monthly in advance.
Setup Fee: Paid once per service onboarding (ads, PC, or AB).
Ad Spend: Decided by the Client with a minimum of 5,000 SEK/month (applies only to ad campaigns, not PC/AB).
Agreement Duration: Monthly renewal until terminated.
Notice Period: Termination effective at the end of the following calendar month.
Commitment Period: Minimum 3 months from Start Date.
Invoicing
Payments in advance, due within 15 days of invoice.
Invoices include License Fee, Setup Fee (if applicable), and Ad Spend (for campaigns).
PC and AB fees are billed as separate line items.
If the client goes live later than the start month, ad spend is prorated as described in the Service Terms.
